Suicide Prevention

Programs and services to support those impacted by suicide, and prevent suicide in our community.

Medical Services

Psychiatric and nursing services to treat mental health conditions.

Family Education and Support

Helping families understand and support children with mental health or substance use disorders.

School Support

Help with strategies related to education and support in continuing education.

Family Partner

Support for parents/caregivers from an experienced parent/caregiver who has lived experience in advocating for a child with mental health issues.

Unique Approach Programs

Services for youth who have not found success with traditional approaches to mental health recovery.

Teen Mental Health First Aid

Educational course for teens to recognize and respond to signs and symptoms of mental health conditions in their peers.

Specialized Team for Teens with Psychosis

Specialized services for teens experiencing psychotic symptoms. Goal is early intervention and recovery.

YES Waiver Services

Youth Empowerment Services (YES)  Waiver is a  Medicaid program that helps children and youth, ages 3-18, with serious mental, emotional and behavioral difficulties. The YES Waiver provides intensive services delivered within a strengths-based team planning process, involving the support systems of the youth, called Wraparound. This program is family- centered and focused on building connection with the community in order to meet the unique needs of the children and adolescents in the program.

Families or the Legal Authorized Representative of an eligible child or youth who are interested in referring their child to the YES Waiver Services Program must first contact our  YES Waiver Interest List Message Line at 888-563-5292
